Entomophagy Dinner with Miru Kim (Fri, May 5th)

Greetings, 

We are thrilled to collaborate with an innovative and adventurous soul like Miru Kim.  We have long been a fan of her art, so it is with great humility and honor that we are collaborating on this dinner with her.  

This is a fundraiser for her ongoing series Phobia/Phagia, and will feature an introduction to entomophagy.  We will go in detail about our thoughts and philosophy on this subject matter in a future post.
